Postage & Shipping
|
Orders are dispatched after the proof has been agreed; this is usually within 3 to 5 working days by 1st Class Post. There is an additional charge of £3.00 if Royal Mail Special Delivery is required. Please note we cannot accept liability for delay in delivery once order has been dispatched.
Orders will not be despatched until payment is received in full.
Forget Me Not Invites reserves the right to amend prices without prior notice.
All products subject to availability.
You have the right to cancel your order, unless proofs have been approved. The announcements/invites are printed to meet your exact requirements. Thus, cancellations will not be considered after you have given the OK to print your order.
Slight colour and shade variations may occur.
A minimum quantity of 25 cards applies to all orders with increments of 10 cards. We recommend ordering spare copies as any increases in quantity after the order has been printed will be treated as a new order, subject to the minimum quantity outlined above.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Switch & Amex. Cheques are accepted with a valid cheque guarantee card. Cheques should be made payable to Forget Me Not Invites.

Refund Policy
|
Unfortunately, there are occasions when errors occur. If the product you receive has a printing error that was caused by our printing process, we will gladly replace your order at no charge. Just send back your original order and a replacement order will be shipped to you by the same method as your original order.
Once the proof has been approved we cannot accept responsibility of any typo errors on the cards. Your order will be reprinted within 48 hours at full price less 20% plus shipping. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.

Forget Me Not Invites does not sell or exchange names or any other information about its customers. We use the information gathered from our online customers to process orders and to provide a more personalized shopping experience.
When you customize a card, we collect an assortment of information necessary to print your order (such as name, event, event date, etc.) and to process your order (such as billing and shipping information.)
