Samples

I would like to see a sample of the invitation. Can you send me one?

Samples can be requested per person at anytime and will be mailed out by 1st Class post. Additional samples cost £2 each and can be requested by calling us. Please complete the form under contact us.

Proofs
|
I just emailed my order and I found a mistake. What should I do?
Don't worry, just contact us as soon as possible. A proof service is available before the order is printed, so that any further amendments can be made.
What kind of changes can I make to my proof?
When you give us the information to typeset, it should be complete and in the font you want for your final order.
Changes should only need to be made to spelling or minor content changes.
We recommend that you send the proof back to us with all the amendments made on the proof itself. Verbal instructions can be taken but only if there are minor changes or if you just want us to go ahead with the print. You can also e-mail us with any amendments necessary.
Once we have received your comments regarding the proof we will process the final version and if you have specified that we perform a print run of your invites we will do so. If you request another copy of a proof prior to the final print run, we will provide one, and again amendments can be made at this stage. Please note that any more proof requests after this will be subject to a charge.
Do I get to see my order before it prints?
Of course! We send you an e-mail of your proof or we post it to you. The proof shows exactly how your order will print. We do require you to respond to our e-mail with your "Ok to print", or "OK to print with these Changes" (and list the changes).
Please be sure to read EVERY word on your proof as if there were any errors or typos on the copy you sent us, those errors could also be on the typeset proof we e-mail you. Reprints are no fun for anyone and can be costly. If you request a proof by post then either phone, post or e-mail us to go ahead with the print or inform us of any changes necessary.

Finishes

If you do not see a design that you like on our web site or if you have something in mind ... please call us, we can probably design something especially for your requirements. We are able to design RSVP and Thank You cards to match any of our announcement / invitation cards. We can also provide a larger/wider organza ribbon at an additional cost if required to enhance you invitations.

Labels
|
We offer a wide selection of return address labels which will give a finishing touch to any stationery. Select a matching design to you birth announcement or invite and use them to personalise favours or gifts, or put them on the back of the envelopes to give an extra personal touch.
Be creative and use them everywhere ... they're not just for addresses.
You get 30 labels on each sheet and they measure 2 5/8" x 1".

Order Processing
|
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed within five days (not including shipping) of the proof being approved. You will receive an email confirming your order and a second email notifying you that it has been shipped. Any changes or requests for another proof will delay the printing.
Does it really take 3-5 days to process my order?
A lot of the timing on processing your order is up to you. Did you give us the right e-mail address to receive your proof? Did you reply right away with an OK to print? Did you post back your proof with the required amendments? Any delay in replying will slow down your order.
We say up to 5 days, but that's really dependent upon you. We don't like to hold up an order any more than you want to wait for it. Your quick response to our e-mail proof can definitely speed things up.
Do you assemble the invites?
Yes we do. If you select our announcements/invites that come with a transparent overlay then we attach the card and the ribbon for you.

When to Order
|
Can I order before I have my baby?
Yes! In fact, pre-ordering before your baby is born ensures that we have all your correct details and that your announcements have been designed, so it will process quickly after your baby arrives. Just submit your order using "(xxx)" for information you do not have yet such as:
Jane and Michael Carter are proud to announce the birth of (xxx) July (xxx), 2002 (xxx) pounds, (xxx) ounces, (xxx) inches.
After your baby is born, e-mail the birth information to us and we will begin processing your order. We will keep all your details on file.
What if I don't know if I'm having a boy or a girl?
Many of our birth announcement designs are available in pink and blue, so you can let us know once the baby is born. If you have two or three cards in mind just e-mail us after your baby is born with the card you have decided on, as this can be changed easily before your cards are printed.
How do I get you the birth information after I have my baby?

Give us all the information to be on your announcement, including any text you wish to appear on it as well. We will then process your order within 3-5 days.

How to Order
|
We provide a selection of cards and labels which are personalised with your own wording. You can have any wording on any card, we have just given examples that appear on each card.
You can also specify options such as colour of card, ribbon and the typestyle you would like. All invitations/announcements come with white envelopes.

Customising your Cards

What should I have printed on my birth announcement or party invitation?
We offer custom printing. Pick any design on our site and put any wording on it. Use them for birth announcements, party invitations, weddings or BBQs - just change the wording.
You get to choose what's printed on your announcement or invitation. If you like one of our sayings, use it! If you want to create your own, feel free!
Use a saying we have from another card - it's totally up to you. Use what we have on the card as a guideline as to how many lines will fit on a card. We only ask that you use good judgment and not ask us to print too much information in a very small amount of space.
